Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) local time may begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, service, and weight/volume.

  • Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout (when available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Times below are calendar days in transit and already include a buffer for typical carrier delays, weather, and peak-season congestion. Most parcels arrive sooner; the “Up to” column reflects a conservative outside window.

Notes:
• Remote areas and island territories can add +3–5 days.
• During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday and December), please allow an extra 3–5 days beyond the “Standard Range.”

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • US/UK/AU/CA: Most orders clear quickly; however, customs inspections may add time beyond our control.

  • Any import duties/taxes assessed by your country’s customs authority are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address changes can be made before the order is fulfilled. After fulfillment, please contact the carrier using your tracking number.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your mailbox/parcel room;

    2. Look for a delivery notice or attempted-delivery slip;

    3. Contact the carrier and contactflawlegs@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.

  • Parcels marked “Unclaimed/Undeliverable” (wrong/insufficient address, repeated delivery attempts failed) may be returned to sender. We can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply).

Late, Stalled, or Lost Packages

  • Tracking movement may pause for several days during handoffs—this is normal.

  • If your parcel has no scans for 7 consecutive days or exceeds the “Up to (with delays)” window above, email contactflawlegs@gmail.com so we can open a trace with the carrier.

  • A shipment is treated as lost if not delivered within:

    • 30 days (US/CA) or

    • 21 days (UK/AU)
      after the ship date, subject to carrier investigation. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund per the outcome.

Split Shipments

  • To speed delivery, items may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email for each shipment.

Pre-Orders / Backorders

  • Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your order will ship once all items are in stock, unless otherwise stated.
